Exchanges & Returns
If an item is in it's original condition, you may return it within 30 days to exchange. If the replacement item you desire is not available, you may exchange your item for a 3rd Beach voucher to the same value.
Due to health reasons, we cannot accept garments that have been worn or washed. Please also insure that the original invoice is included in the returned package.
NB: If an item has been worn, it is essential that you notify us.

Courier Costs
Please note that should you choose to exchange an item, you will incur the postage cost of returning the item to 3rd Beach. The first exchange will be delivered to you at no extra cost. For further replacements of the same purchase you will then be charged the regular courier fee.
Defect Products
At 3rd Beach we are proud of our products. We take the utmost care in the design, the choice of fabric and the manufacturing quality of every single item.
However, should you receive a defect product, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. On return of the faulty garment we will exchange it free of charge and refund you the cost of returning it to us.
Waiting Period
Once we have received a returned item, it will take approximately 10 days to deliver a replacement, depending on the final destination.
