When will there be new products available?
We're working hard at it every day. New products are constantly in the pipeline, and if you sign up for the newsletter, you'll be in the know. If you become a member, you'll be the first to know!
What if my desired size is not available?
This can either mean that we are manufacturing a new batch, or else we have discontinued that style. The best thing to do is drop us an email and we'll help you as best we can.
Can we use 3rd Beach products for advertising and modelling?
Absolutely! But please contact us first. Send an email with your details to info@3rdbeach.net
Do I have to pay any taxes and duties?
Orders outside South Africa may incur taxes and duties. Each country has a different levy, and this fee will have to be paid by the recipient. We are unfortunately unable to control this levy.
Can I place a batch order?
If you wish to buy a large number of products as gifts, or for a promotion, photoshoots etc, you can do so by emailing sales@3rdbeach.net with your details.
Do the prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)?
Yes, all prices displayed on the website are calculated in South African Rands including VAT. If you place a batch order, we will be able to supply you with a Tax invoice.
What do I do if I don't receive my package?
Firstly, try our Package Tracker at the bottom of the website. You will need your Tracking Number that was emailed to you. If you are unable to track your package, contact us, and we will look into it right away.
What if I don't know what size I am? On the details page of all products, there is a sizechart button which gives a breakdown of the 3rd Beach sizes. Measure up, and you'll know for sure!
What if I don't know what size he is?
They say dynamite comes in small packages. Sometimes it comes in medium and large as well. If you’re not sure how big his assets are, why not avoid a tight squeeze and give him a 3rd Beach Gift Voucher?
What if my purchase is a gift?
Once you've proceeded to checkout, there will be a tick-box asking whether this purchase is a gift or not. Here you can add a personal message and make sure the package gets a little bit of extra attention, 3rd Beach style!
